Is the app safe to install? Yes — it is read-only. It never creates, edits, or deletes anything in your store.
Why does my report say "estimate withheld"? The app refuses to guess: when your store's data can't support a defensible dollar figure (for example, missing product costs or too few orders), it says so instead of inventing a number. Adding product costs in Shopify, or entering a gross-margin override before scanning, usually unlocks estimates.
What does the free plan include? A real audit: a risk verdict and your top findings in full (covering up to 50 products, 3 scans per month). Growth Monitor ($19/month, 7-day free trial) adds dollar estimates, the full findings list, your whole catalog, scheduled rescans, history, and report exports.
How do I cancel? Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin, or downgrade from the app's plan section. Billing is handled by Shopify; charges stop per Shopify's standard billing rules.
What happens to my data if I uninstall? Your login session is removed immediately and all stored scan data is erased following Shopify's data-erasure request. Details in our privacy policy.
